The MK-1 pilotchute cap must be inspected and if the plastic has been completely broken around the grommet, the pilotchute must be removed from service and either a) the cap replaced with a new one according to Rigging Innovations PMP-1205 or b) recommend update to 44 Magnum pilotchute.
